Main Dishes
I don’t know if the idea of main dishes versus sides still makes sense when it comes to a plant-based diet (i.e. eating mostly vegetarian). While you’ll find a few fish dishes, the vast majority of these recipes are vegetarian. Forget the idea that vegetarians eat bland food and leave the table hungry. The recipes I’m sharing here are prepared in a way that even non-vegetarian will find them absolutely delicious and satisfying. Don’t know where to start?
