As you all know, I did my very best to create a lovely and festive five course menu for Christmas throughout December. It seems that you all liked the idea and it is a real pleasure for me when I now hear that many of you are planning to make my recipes either for Christmas or for New Year’s Eve! I thought you might like to see the entire menu now so that you can find easily the recipe(s) you are interested in.
We started our menu with these lovely Smoked Salmon Choux Puffs with a Horseradish Cream. They became a favorite and many of my readers already told me they would bake them for Christmas. Good news: it is extremely easy to make some petits choux and they look extremely festive. I know you will all have a little crush for them!

After the petits choux, I went for a Salmon tartare with avocado and mango. A fresh and beautiful dish with its multi-layer presentation, the all with a hint of exotisme thanks to the mangoes.

An alternative to this dish would be some delicious Seared Sea Scallops with a Vanilla Sauce and Fresh Mango. A very tasty combo that will amaze your taste buds!

As a third course, I was inspired both by the French and the Swedish cuisine and it ended up in a savory Duck Breasts with a Honey Raspberry & Cranberry Sauce, that you can accompany with the Duo of Parsnip and Chestnut Puree.

Then I thought of all cheese lovers and I kind of built up this impressive Baked Brie-Camembert Pyramid with Pomegranate and Pistachio, in which you pour some tasty maple syrup. This is truely heaven, believe me!

For the dessert, I went for the French classic Bûche de Noël with a modern touch, since I used mango and chocolate flavors in the recipe.
Christmas Chocolate Mango Yule Log
For those who wouldn’t be so much into this yule log, you can choose an alternative with the same chocolate-mango combo and bake these lovely crepes that you turn into beggar’s purses. All you need to do is to tie the crêpes up with a nice ribbon and it’s done!

And because Christmas wouldn’t really be Christmas if we didn’t end the menu with some goodies, I prepared for you some No-Bake Coconut Snowballs. They are very easy to make and taste like Raffaello. A lovely snowbite!
