Mango smoothie is a 3-ingredient smoothie prepared with fresh mangoes, bananas and milk. This creamy drink with a tropical touch is a must try.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1/2 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 cup (250 ml) semi-skimmed milk

Instructions

  1. Make sure all the ingredients are very cold before preparing the smoothie (I recommend you place them for at least one hour in the refrigerator).
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a blender for about 2-3 minutes until it becomes a smooth texture. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
