Smoothie bowl:

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • ⅔ cup coconut milk
  • ⅔ cup blood orange juice
  • 1 small passion fruit

Topping with superfoods:

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon goji berries
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut flakes
  • Blood orange wedges

Instructions

  1. Put mango chunks, banana slices, coconut milk and blood orange juice in a high-powered blender. Blend on high for one minute, until thick and creamy. Add more coconut milk or orange juice if the consistency is too thick.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl, and cover with one layer of fresh passion fruits.
  3. Garnish with chia seeds, goji berries, coconut flakes and blood orange wedges.
