This killer vegetarian Halloween grazing board is a fun and spooky way to get you into the Halloween spirit. It makes an impressive and more adult, savory affair, just perfect to balance all the sugary snacks you’ve been eating.

Ingredients

For the cheese board:

  • Camembert and/or Brie cheese
  • Blue cheese of choice
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Mini Mozzarella balls
  • Orange cheddar cheese
  • Grapes
  • Mandarins
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Mixed marinated olives
  • Crackers (plain, with herbs, seeds, etc.)
  • Nuts of choice (walnuts, pecans, almonds, etc.)
  • Habanero peppers (for decoration only; don’t eat them raw, they’re hot!)

Non edible Halloween decoration items:

  • Realistic plastic skeleton arm
  • Mini spider webs + mini plastic spiders
  • Edible candy eyeballs
  • Mini pumpkins

Instructions

  1. Take cheese out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
  2. Place the marble or wooden board on the center of the table or countertop and extend the spider web around. Display the mini pumpkins on the board.
  3. Space out the cheeses onto the board, slicing each of them a little to make them more inviting on the board. For the mini mozzarella balls, place in a small bowl. Fill the gaps with fruits, crackers and nuts.
  4. Add a few plastic spiders here and there, edible candy eyeballs, and serve!
